On March 26 of 2021, an Armenian philanthropist from USA Armen Vardanyan announced a Facebook fundraising "Help For Children With Diabetes" for the purchase of Glucagon for children with diabetes in Armenia.

By the end of the fundraising, we have half of the required amount - $ 5700.

The respectable woman in the picture is my 90-year-old mother, Goharik Martiros Dashyan.

In the background you can see the carpet made by her in 1956. It is almost as old as I am and it is invaluable for my family.

However, my mother and I decided to put it up for auction, the entire proceeds of which will be donated to a project to provide glucagon for Armenian children with diabetes.

The auction will start online, on May 19, at 00:00, and will end on June 1 at 12:00.
